As revealed in an emotional Instagram post Wednesday, the 31-year-old singer was diagnosed with an autonomic disorder, which largely affects the nervous system.
Though she was initially scheduled to headline the AfroPunk festival in South Africa on New Year’s Eve, the mom-of-one announced she has been forced to cancel after her doctors did not feel she would be strong enough to perform such a rigorous concert.
