A notorious robber who pretends to be deaf and dump to steal from innocent people has been arrested in Lagos state.

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of Lagos Police command have arrested a notorious robber identified as Emeka Anthony Uche who pretends to be deaf and dump to steal from innocent people.

 

The man who is said to be notorious for pretending to be deaf and dumb in order to steal from unsuspecting men and women, sneaks into offices while using his condition to cover up. Uche specializes in sneaking into offices to steal laptops, mobile phones and other valuables in broad daylight.

 

He was arrested on Tuesday after one of his escapades was caught on camera. CCTV footage of his exploits have been compiled by the police for him to be arraigned in court.
