Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez never travelled to France to discuss a move to PSG.
The French side have revealed they are interested in Barcelona winger Neymar.
Sanchezwill remain at Arsenal only if the Gunners can pay him £400,000-week Arsene Wenger has rejected claims Alexis Sanchez traveled to Paris to discuss a move with PSG officials but confirmed their interest in the Chilean.
The Frenchman also said the French side want to sign Neymar because they could not get Alexis Sanchez.
The Gunners boss said this after being questioned about Sanchez being in Paris: “No, I don’t think he was in Paris. No. Paris Saint Germain cannot get Sanchez so they go for Neymar. “I read L’Equipe in the last three to four days and it has moved from Sanchez to Neymar. You know they are speaking about Neymar, a few days they were speaking about Sanchez. They need a subject to write about.
“My mind has been made up for a while now. I think I’ve made it clear a few times that he is not for sale and this is my stance.”
Arsenal might be forced to accept a £70m bid for Sanchez with his contract set to expire in the summer of 2018. The Chilean is being involved in a contract stand-off after demanding £400,000-week.
